Official Letter No. 2470/CT-CS dated April 17, 2026, issued by the Tax Department regarding the use of e-invoices by business households (HHs)

In cases where business households with 2025 annual revenue of VND 500 million or less have registered to use e-invoices in accordance with Decree No. 70/2025/NĐ-CP dated March 20, 2025 of the Government and have been approved by the tax authority to use invoices, the Tax Department requests: 

• Provincial and municipal Tax Departments to continue providing guidance and support to business households that wish to continue using e-invoices, and to strengthen the management of invoice usage and revenue management of these business households in compliance with regulations.  

• For documents, notices, or sanctioning decisions that have been issued but are not in accordance with regulations, provincial and municipal Tax Departments are requested to review and withdraw or annul them in accordance with the law, ensuring the lawful rights and interests of taxpayers.
