The Department Of Taxation Announces The Latest Upgrade Of The HTKK (Tax Declaration Support) Application Version 5.3.3 (Dated March 22,2025) To Fix Errors In The Pit Finalization Declaration

From March 22, 2025, the Tax Department officially released HTKK version 5.3.3 with many important upgrades, helping to support tax declaration more effectively.

⏩Highlights in this version:

⭐Upgrading the personal income tax finalization declaration (05/QTT-TNCN):

1. Update the appendix: Add the column "Foreigners or Vietnamese living abroad without Personal Identification code".

2. New constraints on "Type of documents":

- If "Foreigners or Vietnamese living abroad do not have Personal Identification code" is not checked: Select "Citizen Identify card/Personal Identification code".

- If "Foreigners or Vietnamese living abroad do not have Personal Identification code" is checked: Select "Passport, Birth Certificate, Other".

3. Mandatory requirement to enter "Types of documents" on Appendix 05-3/QTT-TNCN.

From now on, Taxpayers and Organizations and individuals will use HTKK 5.3.3 to declare instead of previous versions.
