Official Letter No. 2750/CT-CS dated July 29, 2025, issued by the Tax Department regarding value-added tax rates

In the case where insulated electronic wires fall under the category “Wires and cables for electricity transmission classified under group 27320,” they are not eligible for the reduction of the value-added tax rate from 10% to 8%. If the Company has already issued invoices applying the 8% tax rate, it must replace or adjust the electronic invoices in accordance with Clause 13, Article 1 of Decree No. 70/2025/NĐ-CP dated March 20, 2025, of the Government.
