The Company's project is eligible for investment incentives if it is permitted for investment in accordance with the provisions of the Investment Law, meets the conditions for a new investment project, and satisfies the criteria for enjoying investment incentives as prescribed by the Corporate Income Tax Law in effect at the time the investment is permitted. The implementation of the investment project, the approval for investment, and the determination of business lines and sectors subject to conditional business must comply with the provisions of the Investment Law and relevant specialized legal documents.
