From June 1, 2025, organizations and individuals responsible for withholding personal income tax shall discontinue the use ofelectronic personal income tax withholding certificates previously applied under former regulations and shall instead adopt the new format of electronic personal income tax withholding certificates in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 70/2025/NĐ-CP.
