Official Letter No. 2991 dated March 4th, 2025, issued by the Binh Duong Provincial Tax Department regarding the issuance of invoices for insurance fee reductions

In cases where a company participates in insurance but, due to objective reasons, the insurance company must reduce fees for the customer, or under an agreement that if no loss occurs or the loss is lower than the rate stipulated in the insurance policy by the end of the insurance term, the policyholder will receive a partial premium reduction, the company shall handle the matter in accordance with Point đ, Clause 2, Article 9 of Circular No. 09/2011/TT-BTC.

The form and content of electronic invoices must comply with the provisions of Article 10 and Article 12 of Decree No. 123/2020/ND-CP.
