Uyen joined KMC from 2008 until now as a Director is responsible for human resource and business consulting services. Prior to joining KMC, she studied and worked in Japan for more years and worked at I-Glocal as Manager of human resource and corporate consulting Division.

Thao Uyen spent nearly 25 years working for international consulting in Vietnam. Uyen has experience in human resource and business consulting services. She has developed extensive experience in advising on investment, business planning, salary scheme, work permit, labour and licensing for multinational clients, especially of Japanese invested companies. She has also been engaged in assisting foreign companies in working with the authority agencies for labour registration, and in establishment of Corporate, BCC and Representative Office in Vietnam. She has more experience in personal income tax declaration for Expatriate and Vietnamese and also has knowledge of accounting, finance and business assisting for foreign companies. She has a good working relationship with the government authorities.

  • Degree in Bachelor of Economics, Ho Chi Minh City Economic University, Vietnam
  • Certificate of Japanese Language Proficiency, level　2

  • Certifications in General Accounting for Enterprise
