Mui joined KMC from 2009 as a Partner and a Director is responsible for day to day management and operation as well as tax and corporate services practice. He spent nearly 25 years working for international accounting and legal firms in Vietnam.
Before joining KMC, He worked at I-Glocal as Manager of Tax and Corporate Division, he was responsible for tax, corporate governance, M&A, and advisory for Japanese clients in Vietnam. With nearly 25 years’ experience in tax and corporate services, he has developed extensive experience in advising on taxation and investment, tax planning, Due- diligence, merger & acquisition, payroll system, labour, licensing, corporate governance and compliance procedures for multinational clients.
He has also been engaged in assisting foreign companies in working with the tax authorities for tax audits, and in the establishment of Corporate, BCC and Representative Office in Vietnam, He has a good working relationship with the government authorities. In addition, he’s also a professional consultant in various fields such as securities, banking finance, real estate, etc.
