  • Accounting documents (invoices, accounting vouchers, accounting books, etc.) may be stored in electronic form or in paper form.
  • The minimum retention period for accounting documents of household and individual businesses is 05 years; the retention period for invoices shall comply with tax laws.
  • Additional accounting books may be added, or accounting book forms may be modified to suit the entity’s needs; however, the book name; date of preparation (day, month, year); and the full name, signature, and seal (if any) of the legal representative must be clearly indicated.
