Decree No. 260/2025/NĐ-CP dated October 10, 2025, issued by the Government regarding the amendment of export duty rates for certain commodities

Accordingly, Decree No. 260/2025/NĐ-CP amends the export duty rates applicable to certain commodities specified in Appendix I attached to Decree No. 26/2023/NĐ-CP on the Export Tariff, Preferential Import Tariff, List of goods, and levels of absolute duty, compound duty, and out-of-quota import duty rates, as follows:

The export duty rates applicable to commodities classified under HS headings 71.13, 71.14, and 71.15 as as set out in Appendix I – Export Tariff Schedule according to the List of taxable commodities attached to Decree No. 26/2023/NĐ-CP on the Export Tariff, Preferential Import Tariff, List of goods, and levels of absolute duty, compound duty, and out-of-quota import duty rates are hereby amended to reflect the new export duty rates prescribed in the Appendix enclosed with Decree No. 260/2025/NĐ-CP.
