Guide to the Latest Business/Organization e-Identification via VNeID

The head of an agency or organization can either directly register or authorize another individual to complete the registration via the VNeID application. To register online through VNeID, follow these steps:
Step 1: The legal representative, head of the organization, or a person authorized by the legal representative/head of the organization logs into their Level-2 e-identification account on the VNeID app → Select “Organization Identification”.
Step 2: On the “Switch account role” screen → Select “Register organization identification”.
Step 3: Authenticate using your passcode, fingerprint, or facial recognition.
Step 4: Select the type of organization identification registration.
Step 5: Fill in all required organization information.
Step 6: Tick the box “I confirm that the above information is correct and wish to create an identification account for my agency/organization.”
Then, click “Submit request” to complete the registration process.
Step 7: Once the registration request is successfully created, you can review the submitted request.
