Official Letter No. 157/CCTKV17-QLDN1 dated March 28, 2025, issued by the Regional Tax Sub-Department XVII regarding the issuance of VAT invoices to individual buyers is as follows

In cases where the Company sells goods to buyers, the buyer’s name, address, and tax code shown on the invoice shall comply with the provisions of Clause 5, Article 10 of Government Decree No. 123/2020/ND-CP. In the event the Company discovers any errors on the invoice, it shall handle the erroneous invoice in accordance with the provisions of Article 19 of Decree No. 123/2020/ND-CP of the Government.
