After Receiving the Liaison Office Operation Certificate

- The sign must include the office name, tax code, address, and the name of the managing authority.
Submit Declaration and Business License Tax:
- Liaison offices are exempt from business license tax during the exemption period. After this period, the tax is 1,000,000 VND/year.
- Note: If the liaison office does not engage in manufacturing, trading goods, or providing services, the business license tax does not apply.
